No. JAEY COMMERCE is a sourcing desk. There is no cart, no checkout and no stock held. You send a brief describing what you need, we source candidate suppliers, and the supplier delivers the goods.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Sourcing prices depend on specification, quantity, finish, lead time and delivery point. A published price would be a guess. Pricing is quoted against your written brief once we know what is actually being sourced.

How does a quote request work?

You complete the five-step request form. It generates a unique reference in the format JC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX. We review the brief, come back with clarifying questions where needed, and then work on candidate sources.

Is a quote request an order?

Accepted Answer

No. A request is an enquiry only. Nothing is ordered, reserved or charged. An order exists only once you have agreed terms directly with a supplier.

Who delivers the goods?

The supplier delivers. JAEY COMMERCE coordinates the sourcing, the specification and the delivery arrangements, but the goods move from the supplier to your delivery point.

Do you guarantee that you can source anything?

No. Some briefs are not sourceable at the requested specification, volume or timeline. Where that is the case we say so rather than keep you waiting.

What will you not source?

Accepted Answer

Is this dropshipping?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no storefront, no catalogue markup and no automated order forwarding. This is a managed sourcing service that works from a written brief.

How do you handle my information under POPIA?

Can I attach drawings or specification documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The request form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and DOCX files. Please do not upload identity documents, bank statements or card details — we never need them.
