You send a brief
Use the quote form to describe the product, the quantity, the specification and where it needs to land. Nothing is charged and nothing is ordered at this stage.

We review and clarify
We read the brief, ask the questions that decide whether it is sourceable, and tell you plainly if it is not something we will handle.

We source
We work our supplier network and the open market for candidates that can meet the specification at your volume.

You receive a shortlist
A short comparable list with capability, lead time, minimum order and the trade-offs written out — no pressure to proceed.

Samples and quality brief
Where it makes sense we coordinate samples and write the inspection brief, so the standard is agreed before production starts.
- 06
The supplier delivers
You contract and pay on terms you have seen. The supplier ships the goods to your delivery point, and we coordinate the handover.
No purchase obligation
A shortlist is information. You are free to stop at any step without cost or explanation.
No guaranteed outcome
Some briefs cannot be met at the requested specification, volume or timeline. We say so instead of stalling.
