Six offerings of a working sourcing desk

Every service below is quoted against a written brief. We publish no prices because specification, volume, finish and delivery point decide the number.

01

Product Sourcing

You describe the item you need. We search our supplier network and open market for sources that can actually produce or supply it.

Every engagement starts from a written brief: what the product is, the volume you need, the specification that matters and the market it is going into. We work the brief rather than push stock, because we hold none.

  • Written brief captured before any search begins
  • Sources assessed on capability, not on commission
  • Clear note when a request is not sourceable
02

Supplier Shortlist

A short, comparable list of candidate suppliers with the trade-offs written out — capability, lead time, minimum order and risk.

We would rather hand you three suppliers you can judge than thirty you cannot. Each entry on a shortlist states what the supplier is good at and where it is weak, so the decision stays yours.

  • Comparable format across every candidate
  • Minimum order quantity and lead time stated
  • Reasons a candidate was excluded are written down
03

Sample Coordination

We arrange and track pre-production or reference samples so you can judge the goods before you commit to a run.

Samples are the cheapest place to discover a problem. We coordinate the request, the shipment and the follow-up, and we keep a record of what was sent and what was approved.

  • Sample requests raised against your written spec
  • Tracking held in one place, reported back to you
  • Approved sample recorded as the reference standard
04

Quality Control Brief

We turn your expectations into a written inspection brief a supplier or third-party inspector can be held to.

A quality brief names the checks that matter for your product — dimensions, materials, finish, labelling, packing — so approval is a measurement rather than an opinion.

  • Checkpoints written in plain, testable language
  • Packing and labelling requirements included
  • Brief shared with the supplier before production
05

Logistics Coordination

We coordinate the movement of goods from the supplier to your delivery point and keep the paperwork trail intact.

The supplier delivers. Our part is coordination: making sure the route, the documents and the delivery expectations line up and that you know where the consignment stands.

  • Route and incoterm expectations set in writing
  • Document trail kept with the enquiry reference
  • Status reported to one named contact
06

Private Label & Custom

Sourcing for your own label — custom specification, packaging and finish, matched to suppliers able to produce it.

Private label work lives or dies on the specification. We help you write one that a factory can quote against, then look for the sources capable of holding it at your volume.

  • Specification and artwork requirements collected first
  • Suppliers assessed for custom capability, not stock
  • Honest note when a volume is below viable minimums

No prices are published on this website.

You request it. We source it. The supplier delivers it. Send a brief and we will come back with what is realistically sourceable — or tell you plainly that it is not.
