This website does not sell goods

There is no cart, no checkout and no published pricing. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. A submitted request is an enquiry for sourcing assistance only, and creates no order, reservation, obligation to supply or obligation to pay.

Sourcing disclaimer

• No purchase guarantee. We do not guarantee that any specific product can be sourced, at any specific price, quantity, quality level or timeline. Some briefs cannot be met and will be declined.
• The supplier supplies. Goods are produced, sold and delivered by the supplier. Where you contract with a supplier, that contract — including price, payment, warranties, returns and delivery obligations — is between you and them.
• Indicative information. Lead times, minimum order quantities, prices and capability notes we relay are supplier-provided and may change. Verify anything you intend to rely on commercially.
• Prohibited goods. We will not source counterfeit, infringing, illegal, sanctioned, weapons, narcotics, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, medical or haram consumable goods, or anything on the list published under What We Source.
• No professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, regulatory, financial or medical advice, and no financial services are offered or licensed here.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your brief. A sourcing outcome is only as good as the specification it was worked from.
• Hold any import permit, licence, certification or registration your goods require in your market.
• Do not submit requests for prohibited goods, and do not ask us to misdeclare goods, values or documents.
• Do not upload identity documents, bank statements or card details. We never need them.

Uploads and content

By attaching drawings, artwork or specifications you confirm you have the right to share them with us and with suppliers for the purpose of your enquiry. We treat submitted material as confidential to that purpose.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and branding of this website belong to JAEY COMMERCE. Photography is used illustratively and does not depict named clients, endorsements or completed client work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, JAEY COMMERCE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a supplier's acts, omissions, delays or product quality, or from your reliance on indicative information.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the service develops; the version published here applies. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
